Bespoke Headwear: 3D Puff Embroidery & Structured Snapback Collection
The Challenge
Clients required retail-grade structured headwear that matches international streetwear standards (New Era / Mitchell & Ness quality), with dramatic sculptural 3D relief embroidery that maintains shape across long production runs.
The Approach & Production
Using industrial multi-head embroidery machines with specialized EVA foam underlays, we created raised 3D puff embroidery with over 25,000 stitches per cap. Finished with custom-printed brim underside details, brass eyelets, and woven damask inner sweatband labels.
The Impact & Result
Produced multi-color runs of caps with zero thread breakage and flawless structural crown integrity, serving both lifestyle fashion labels and corporate automotive clubs.
