The Challenge
A boutique specialty coffee estate producing high-altitude volcanic Kenya AA Arabica needed packaging that preserved volatile aromas for international export while commanding a luxury price point on high-end European and Middle Eastern retail shelves.
The Approach & Production
We engineered multi-layer barrier foil stand-up pouches with integrated Swiss one-way degassing valves. The visual architecture paired deep burgundy matte soft-touch finish with hot-stamped metallic gold foil crests, intricate tribal border geometry, and tactile paper-label batch authenticity seals.
The Impact & Result
Expanded international direct-to-consumer exports by 140% in Q3/Q4. Selected by specialty roasteries as a benchmark for Kenyan single-origin luxury presentation.
